Red Hill Primary School opened on 9th January 1951. It was orginally called Chislehurst and Sidcup Red Hill County Primary Junior Mixed School.

Initally, 69 boys and 171 girls attended the school. 

There have been six Head Teachers of Red Hill Primary School before Mrs Crockatt:

Miss Attwood – 1951 – 1960

Mr Lambert – 1960 – 1978

Mr Norton – 1978 – 1996

Mrs Alford – 1997 – 2006

Mrs Warner – 2006 – 2013

Miss Butcher – 2013 – 2017
