At Red Hill we are a diverse multicultural school who ensures we are inclusive and everyone within our Red Hill family; children, their families and our staff are treated equally and feel valued. We celebrate our differences whether its within our curriculum, whole school events, assemblies, environments or through conversations. We are on a journey that aims to remove bias by ensuring diversity, equality and inclusion are embedded within everything that we do, how we think and how we behave to allow children’s voices to be heard which in turn allows them to thrive.
